Ant Hills WSA

The remote Ant Hills Wilderness Study Area (WSA) consists of hills and valleys on the southern slopes of Douglas Mountain, which trend southward into Dinosaur National Monument and the Yampa River. The Ant Hills consist of several hills rising 400 to 500 feet above the draws in the southeastern part of the WSA. The area is an extension of the landforms and upper end of drainages found in Dinosaur National Monument.
